Anti-Immunity Foods
The foods in this list should be avoided to minimize your risk of
diet-induced cancer and to promote maximum immune responsiveness.
Beverages:
- Alcohol
- All artificially sweetened drinks
- Artificial fruit drinks
- Canned and pasteurized juices
- Cocoa
- Coffee
- Flavored and colored beverages
- Non-dairy creamers
Dairy Products:
- All orange and pasteurized cheeses
- All processed and imitation butter
- Ice cream, and toppings
Eggs:

Grains:
- Hull-less grains and seeds (pasta, crackers, snack foods, white rice,
prepared or cold cereal, cooked seeds)
- White flour products
Meats:
All red meats
Nuts:
- Roasted and/or salted, especially peanuts
Oils:
- Hydrogenated margarine
- Refined fats and oils (unsaturated as well as saturated)
- Shortening
Seasonings:
- Excessive use of hot spices
- Pepper
Soups:
- Canned and creamed (thickened)
- Commercial bouillons
- Fat stock
Sweets:
- Refined sugars (white, brown, turbinado)
- All artificial sweets
- Candy
- Chocolate

Additional recommendations:
- Avoid eating anything that has been sprayed with
insecticides
- Avoid eating foods with additives (especially monosodium glutamate
[MSG] and others ending in "-ate")
- Foods with artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives
