Methyl-Sufonyl-Methane (MSM)

Description:
MSM is a sulfur compound found in many fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, milk and some kinds of fish. It is also a metabolite of DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxide).
Physiologic Functions:
- Relieves inflammation and pain of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- Prevents allergic response to seasonal allergens
- Stimulates the production of healthy keratin and collagen, thus beneficial for skin, hair, nails and arteries
- Makes skin cells and tissue soft and permeable, allowing the skin to sweat out unwanted toxins more easily

- 1 - 3 gms daily in divided doses

- May cause nausea, diarrhea and headache
