- Reduce fat and cholesterol intake especially saturated fats
(animal products) and eat more fruits and vegetables
- Eat foods containing more zinc
(nuts - especially walnuts, pumpkin seeds, safflower seeds, and
oysters)
- Avoid drinking beer
- Eat more soy products

food)

- Cold sitz bath - sit
in tub of water 1/2 inch below navel with a temperature of 55 -
75 F (12 - 24 C) with feet in a tub of water 105 -
110 F (40 - 43 C) for 3 - 8 minutes
- Stop smoking
- *Alternating warm and cool enemas
- *Frequent sex - daily ejaculations, but avoid prolonged
intercourse
- *Frequent urinary voiding
- *Avoid prolonged sitting or standing
- Some form of daily exercise, including Kegal exercise
- *Reduce stress (stress increases prolactin)
- *If overweight, you must lose some weight
